There have been activities in the project with mapping of digitalization opportunities and new technologies in the industry with focuses specially on robot and cobot applications. Also new technologies mapping for in recycling and digital twin applications.
Safety is also one themes where activities have been started as well as in logistics themes. First virtual simulations of the battery processing line have also been launched. Additionally, materials part of the work packages is also ongoing with benchmarking of recyclable materials, processes, actions, methods and material uses. Additionally, one part of the project has been to study the use of graphite as an alternative material in circular battery industry.
