A number of battery and mining industry developments with increased need for skilled labour are starting in Central Ostrobothnia and the nearby regions. Centria University of Applied Sciences will start battery technology training courses in the autumn of 2022. These conversion courses are aimed at those who have a higher education or a post-secondary level degree in engineering or other sufficient qualifications for the training. The training courses are built on Centria’s educational expertise and the versatile battery industry R&D know-how Centria has accumulated over the recent years.
